        جميع المنتجات الرقمية على WalidLabs — الأدوات المتقدّمة والكورسات والكتب — غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد الشراء، لأنها منتجات رقمية نهائية تُسلَّم فوراً.
      

لماذا هذه السياسة

منتجاتنا الرقمية (أدوات Pro، كورسات، كتب) تُسلَّم إلكترونياً فوراً بعد الشراء. بمجرّد الوصول إليها، لا يمكن "إرجاعها" بالمعنى المادي. هذه سياسة شائعة في صناعة المحتوى الرقمي.

جرّب مجاناً قبل أن تشتري

نوفّر بدائل مجانية لكل ما نبيع لكي تُقيّم الجودة قبل أي التزام مالي:

ماذا يشمل "غير قابل للاسترداد"

الأدوات المتقدّمة (Pro Tools) — شراء لمرّة واحدة، وصول مدى الحياة.
الكورسات المدفوعة — شراء لمرّة واحدة، وصول مدى الحياة.
الكتب الإلكترونية — تنزيل فوري بعد الدفع.
حزم البرومبتات — تنزيل فوري بعد الدفع.

الاستثناءات — متى ندرس الاسترداد

ندرس الاسترداد يدوياً وبعدل في هذه الحالات فقط:

خطأ تقني من جانبنا يمنعك من الوصول للمنتج المُشترى (مثلاً: رابط تنزيل معطوب لا نستطيع إصلاحه، أو أداة معطّلة > 72 ساعة).
خطأ في الفوترة (مثلاً: خُصم منك مبلغ مرّتين).
معاملة احتيالية (شخص آخر استخدم بطاقتك بدون علمك — راسلنا فوراً).

لست مضطراً لتقديم تفاصيل شخصية — يكفي إخبارنا بالمشكلة التقنية.

كيف تطلب الاسترداد (للحالات المؤهّلة)

راسلنا عبر صفحة التواصل خلال 14 يوماً من الشراء، مع:

البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل عندنا
اسم المنتج المشترى
وصف مختصر للمشكلة

نردّ خلال 24-48 ساعة. إذا كانت حالتك ضمن الاستثناءات، نُصدر الاسترداد الكامل عبر معالج الدفع.

الضرائب

تُحتسب الضرائب وفق بلدك وتُجمع تلقائياً عند الشراء. عند الاسترداد المُعتمَد، تُرجَع الضرائب مع المبلغ الأصلي.

نموذج البيع للمنتجات الرقميّة

المنتجات الرقميّة على WalidLabs (أدوات، كتب، كورسات مسجّلة، حزم برومبتات) تُباع بنموذج الشراء لمرّة واحدة مع وصول مدى الحياة — لا يوجد تجديد تلقائي على هذه المنتجات، ولا حاجة لـ "إلغاء" أي شيء.

Exceptions — When We Review Refunds

We review refunds manually and fairly in these cases only:

Technical issue on our side preventing access to the purchased product (e.g., broken download link we can't fix, or tool broken > 72 hours).
Billing error (e.g., you were charged twice).
Fraudulent transaction (someone else used your card without your knowledge — contact us immediately).

You don't need to justify with personal details — just describe the technical issue.

How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases)

Taxes

Taxes are calculated based on your country and collected automatically at checkout. On approved refunds, taxes are refunded along with the original amount.

Sales Model for Digital Products

Digital products on WalidLabs (tools, books, recorded courses, prompt packs) are sold under a one-time purchase with lifetime access model — there is no auto-renewal on these products, and nothing to "cancel."
