السياسة باختصار: استرداد كامل خلال أول 7 أيام من أول دفعة، دون أسئلة. بعد ذلك، الاستردادات تُقيَّم حالة بحالة.
1. اشتراك Pro الشهري
- أول 7 أيام من أول اشتراك: استرداد كامل بناءً على طلبك، بدون شروط.
- بعد 7 أيام: لا استرداد للشهر الحالي، لكن يمكنك إلغاء التجديد القادم في أي وقت.
- التجديدات التلقائية: لا تُسترَدّ إلا في حالات خطأ تقني واضح من جانبنا.
2. اشتراك أداة واحدة (Single Tool $7/شهر)
- أول 7 أيام من أول اشتراك: استرداد كامل بناءً على طلبك، بدون شروط.
- بعد 7 أيام: لا استرداد للشهر الحالي، لكن يمكنك إلغاء التجديد القادم في أي وقت.
- عند الإلغاء: يستمر وصولك للأداة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
3. كيف تطلب استرداداً
- راسلنا عبر صفحة التواصل من نفس بريدك المسجّل.
- اذكر سبب الاسترداد (اختياري لكن يساعدنا على التحسين).
- سنردّ عليك خلال 48 ساعة عمل.
- المبلغ يعود لبطاقتك خلال 5-10 أيام عمل (يخضع لمدة معالجة البنك).
4. الاستردادات المرفوضة
قد نرفض الاسترداد في الحالات التالية:
- طلب الاسترداد بعد انتهاء النوافذ الزمنية المذكورة أعلاه.
- انتهاك واضح لشروط الخدمة (إعادة بيع، إساءة استخدام).
- الاسترداد المتكرر بعد عدة اشتراكات سابقة (حماية من سوء الاستخدام).
5. الإلغاء بدون استرداد
يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من حساب Lemon Squeezy، حتى بدون استرداد. الإلغاء يمنع التجديد القادم، وتستمر صلاحياتك Pro حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
6. الضرائب
عند الاسترداد الكامل، تُسترَد الضرائب أيضاً (تُجمَع من Lemon Squeezy كـ Merchant of Record).

We aim for your complete satisfaction. This policy explains how and when you can request a refund.
Policy in short: Full refund within the first 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After that, refunds are evaluated case by case.

- After 7 days: No refund for the current month, but you can cancel the next renewal anytime.
- Auto-renewals: Not refundable except in cases of clear technical error on our side.
2. Single Tool Subscription ($7/month)
- First 7 days of first subscription: Full refund upon request, no conditions.
- After 7 days: No refund for the current month, but you can cancel the next renewal anytime.
- Upon cancellation: You retain access to the tool until the end of the paid period.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via our contact page from your registered email.
- Mention the reason (optional but helps us improve).
- We will respond within 48 business hours.
- Funds return to your card within 5-10 business days (subject to bank processing time).
4. Refused Refunds
We may decline refunds in the following cases:
- Refund requested after the time windows mentioned above.
- Clear violation of Terms of Service (resale, abuse).
- Repeated refunds after multiple previous subscriptions (abuse prevention).
5. Cancellation Without Refund
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Lemon Squeezy account, even without a refund. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and your Pro privileges remain until the end of the paid period.
6. Taxes
On full refunds, taxes are also refunded (collected by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record).
