1. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك مختبرات وليد للذكاء الاصطناعي (WalidLabs)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إن لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.

2. وصف الخدمة

تقدّم WalidLabs مجموعة من الأدوات التفاعلية عبر الويب لتوليد برومبتات احترافية للذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini، ChatGPT، Midjourney). تُقدَّم بنموذجين: مجاني (Free) ومدفوع (Pro) عبر اشتراك شهري.

3. الحساب والمسؤولية

• أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة مرورك ونشاط حسابك.
• يجب أن تكون بالغاً (18+ سنة).
• يحقّ لنا إيقاف الحساب في حال انتهاك الشروط أو الاستخدام المسيء.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يحق لك:

• محاولة الوصول البرمجي غير المصرَّح به (scraping, automated access).
• إعادة بيع أو توزيع الأدوات أو إعادة نشرها.
• استخدام البرومبتات المولّدة لإنتاج محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مؤذٍ.
• محاولة كسر آليات الحماية أو تجاوز الاشتراك.

5. الملكية الفكرية

• المنصة وكودها: ملكية وليد جمعة. لا يجوز نسخ الأدوات أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن.
• البرومبتات المولّدة: ملك للمستخدم الذي ولّدها — يستطيع استخدامها لأي غرض (تجاري أو شخصي).
• الصور الناتجة من أدوات AI خارجية: حقوقها تخضع لشروط تلك الأدوات (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney).

6. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

• الاشتراك الشهري يُجدَّد تلقائياً عبر Lemon Squeezy حتى إلغائه من جانب المستخدم.
• تُحتسب الضرائب وفق بلد المستخدم وتُجمع تلقائياً (Merchant of Record).
• يحقّ لنا تعديل الأسعار بإشعار مسبق 30 يوماً.

7. الإلغاء والاسترداد

يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من إعدادات Lemon Squeezy. تفاصيل الاسترداد في سياسة الاسترداد.

8. توافر الخدمة

نسعى لإبقاء المنصة متاحة 99.9% من الوقت، لكننا لا نضمن ذلك. قد تحدث صيانة أو انقطاعات. لا نعوّض عن انقطاعات قصيرة.

9. إخلاء المسؤولية

الأدوات تولّد برومبتات بناءً على مدخلاتك. لا نضمن جودة الصور النهائية الناتجة عن أدوات AI الخارجية. الاستخدام على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

10. حدود المسؤولية

في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا قيمة آخر اشتراك دفعته. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسارة أرباح.

11. التعديلات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. التغييرات الجوهرية ستُرسَل عبر البريد الإلكتروني قبل سريانها.

12. القانون المنطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الجمهورية التركية. أي نزاع يُحَلّ في محاكم إسطنبول.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WalidLabs (مختبرات وليد للذكاء الاصطناعي), you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

WalidLabs offers a suite of interactive web-based tools that generate professional AI prompts for Gemini, ChatGPT, and Midjourney. Available in two tiers: Free and Pro (monthly subscription).

3. Account and Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all account activity.
• You must be an adult (18+).
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized programmatic access (scraping, automated access).
• Resell, redistribute, or republish the tools.
• Use generated prompts to produce illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to break protection mechanisms or bypass subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

• Platform and code: owned by Walid Jomaa. Tools may not be copied or reused without permission.
• Generated prompts: belong to the user who generated them — usable for any purpose (commercial or personal).
• Images produced by external AI tools: rights governed by those tools' terms (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney).

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew via Lemon Squeezy until cancelled by the user.
• Taxes are calculated by user's country and collected automatically (Merchant of Record).
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Refund details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Maintenance or outages may occur. We do not compensate for brief interruptions.

9. Disclaimer

The tools generate prompts based on your inputs. We do not guarantee the quality of final images produced by external AI tools. Use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent subscription payment. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Substantial changes will be emailed to users before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
